KEY HOLDING SERVICE - Hold keys for inspections, vendor and emergency access.
VENDOR ACCESS - If you have a vendor coming to do any work to your home, we can either arrange to let them in and go back to lock up when they are finished, or we can stay during the work to insure the security of your property and possessions. Depending on the time involved, we may need to charge an hourly fee.
CONCIERGE ACCESS - Concierge style Meet & Greet service for your guests to tour home, demonstrate appliances, TV, A/C unit and assist with questions about the local area, attractions, shopping, restaurants, etc... At this time, we can also assist with any special requests your guests may have.
HOME CLEANING SERVICE - We will be glad to clean your home after you or your guests depart. We can also do a mid week "tidy-up service" during your stay.
MINOR MAINTENANCE SERVICE - And we mean minor. We're comfortable with changing light bulbs, replacing batteries, small paint projects and general household fixer/upper stuff. If anything needs repair or replacing and we don't feel comfortable doing it, we'll send you photos of what needs fixing to assist you in making a "better informed decision" on how to proceed. If needed, we'll assist in getting quotes from local vendors for repairs to be made. Once repairs are completed, we'll send photos again to show completion. If you want us to supervise major repairs we may need to charge an hourly fee.
CAR CLEANING & START-UP - If you have a vehicle at your property, we'll be happy to give it a clean before your arrival. We can also provide a "start-up" service which will ensure complete flow and cycling of fluids and lubricants. We can also (with your written permission) drive your vehicle (no more than 5 miles around your community) to avoid flat spots on your tires.
AFTER CHECK-OUT INSPECTION - When your guests check-out, we can go through and visually inspect your property to insure your house is left the same way it was when they came. If there is any damage, we will notify you and include email photos to see how you wish to proceed. ***If we do the Home Clean for you, this will be done during this time free of charge.
GROCERY SHOPPING - We will get those "essential supplies" in for you or your weary travellers. This can be discussed and arrangements can be made prior to you or your guests arrival. We can also do a follow-up service during your guests stay.
"BY-REQUEST" SERVICE - We realize that all people are different, and can't be "generalized" altogether. If you have any "Special Requests" (ie... champagne, chocolates, balloons for that special occasion) we will do our very best to accommodate you. Remember, we're just a phone call/email away.
