Home & Condo Inspections

Comprehensive 50+ point  Inspections are conducted to include:
Interior Inspection:

• Visual inspections of ceilings, walls & flooring
• Check all electrical appliances & outlets
• Check all plumbing areas (sinks, toilets, etc..) for leaks
• Check water heater & A/C unit
• Check all doors, windows & locks are properly secured
• Visually check for any pest infiltration
• Check smoke alarms
• Visually inspect for musty odors, moisture, mould or mildew
• Check and set security alarm system (if applicable)
• Any other services "by-request" 

Exterior Inspection:

• Inspect overall exterior condition of home
• Check mail - discard newspapers & collect packages
• Check for signs of vandalism, theft or intrusion
• Inspect doors, windows and lanai screens for damage
• Visually inspect exterior walls and trim for damage or water penetration 
• Visually inspect roof and gutters
• Check for lawn, landscape & pool  maintenance (if applicable) 
• Inspect irrigation system for leaks
• Check garage doors are operating properly
• Check exterior lights
• "Post Storm"  inspections
• General "tidy-up" service during inspection 
• Any other services "by-request" 

Full Comprehensive Inspection list is available upon request, and can be customized to suit your particular needs.

Upon completion of each inspection, we will email you a full report on each item inspected along with photos of anything we feel requires further attention. 

We can then assist  in obtaining quotes from local vendors which allows you to decide how to wish to proceed with repairs. 

We feel this will allow you (the owner) to have a '"say" in how your property is being looked after.

PRIMARY HOME OR LONG-TERM RENTAL PROPERTY

If your an owner renting your home, we'll be glad to make regular checks of your home to insure it's being looked after. Any areas of concern will be emailed to you with photographic evidence.

If your home is your permanent residence and are going away on vacation or an extended trip, you can make arrangements with us to keep an eye on you house while your away.
