We at Eyes & Ears would like to be your Eyes & Ears for your vacation home here in Central Florida while you're away from the area. We primarily service US 27 Davenport/Four Corners, Leesburg and surrounding areas.


About Us:

My name is Craig Spahr, and I have been involved in the Property Management industry for the past three years. I am a USAF veteran (law enforcement) and have 15 years within the Hospitality Industry both here in Florida and England. 

My wife and I moved to the local area six years ago from England. When we arrived, we purchased a home on US 27 where we became very good friends with other owners and snowbirds alike.
When our friends left the area for their primary residences, we offered to "keep an eye on" their homes while they were away. Although some of these homes were being looked after by (then) a management company, we were horrified to see that some of our friends' homes were being rented out without the owner knowing about it and also not receiving any revenue for these rentals. We had also noticed that a lot of scheduled maintenance that was supposed to be done, wasn't being performed, but the owners were still being charged for these services**. We also noticed that homes that weren't being managed, started to develop problems (A/C not working, water leaks, yard not being kept) and weren't discovered until the owner came back, and then had to spend the majority of their time repairing or taking care of these issues.

It was then I felt that these owners needed an honest, trustworthy and reliable person to watch over their homes.

** - please note there are many good property management companies in the area, however these practices to occur from time to time from a few "bad eggs". The management company mentioned is now out of business.
